All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
byPihl currently ships to the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside UK at this time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times within the EU are typically 5–7 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through our delivery partner’s website.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. byPihl is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
